The Position
As the Director of Partnerships and Integrations, you will lead the technical onboarding of API and white-label partners while establishing and managing the customer success function for both existing and new partners. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate has experience with API-driven integrations and partnership management in industries such as ticketing, travel, hospitality, and rewards. You will be responsible for fostering trust with partners and driving revenue by maximizing the value of Victory Live’s supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Onboarding & Integrations: Lead and manage the onboarding process for new API and white-label partners, ensuring seamless integration and technical alignment.
  • Customer Success Ownership: Develop and implement a structured customer success framework to maximize partner satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. And help partners merchandise all of the value content at Victory Live.
  • Technical Solutioning: Act as the primary technical liaison for partners, helping to troubleshoot and optimize API integrations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, fostering collaboration and business growth. Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and priorities across all functions, regardless of the success model. Proactively anticipate and address client needs to enhance satisfaction and improve retention.
  • Process Optimization: Establish best practices for integration workflows and develop scalable solutions to streamline partner onboarding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align partnership goals with company objectives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define key metrics and regularly report on integration success, partner performance, and customer satisfaction levels.

 Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, integrations, customer success, or a related role within technology distribution companies.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience managing API and White-Label integrations and working with engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to lead customer success initiatives and drive partner engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with distribution technology platforms, channel management, and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM, data analytics tools, and collaboration software.
